Delivery & tracking

You can track the progress of your order online. You’ll also receive delivery updates by email or text message when the items are on their way or from the third party carrier before or on the day of delivery.

Faults & damages

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged please contact us via email at: [email protected] with images, your order number, if you have one, and a short description of the fault/damage and we will advise you on the next steps to take.
Please do not attempt to fix the item as this may affect your entitlement for a refund or exchange.

Click & collect

We offer a free click & collect service at all of our 2024 events!

Simply put which event you will be attending in your order notes at checkout and we will have your items ready to collect.

If you do not email us to arrange alternative delivery options uncollected Click & Collect orders will be cancelled and refunded automatically.
After the pop-up event, the items will be returned to our warehouse. We’ll email you when we start processing the refund.

Returns & refunds

You have Fourteen (14) Days for a full return & refund.

We are happy to accept any returns for a full refund providing the item(s) are in their original condition.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and confirm your refund to your original payment method.

Furniture delivery

Please Note after 5 working days any Made-To-Order furniture products will NOT be able to be amended, cancelled or refunded.

All furniture products will have an estimated delivery window on their product page, this is an estimate only and the actual time may be longer or shorter than expected.

If ordering multiple items they may not be ready at the same time and therefore may not come on the same delivery.

When your furniture is ready for delivery you will receive a link via text or email to book your delivery day.

Delivery can take place between 7am and 9pm. You will be given a 3 hour time slot up to 24 hours before. It is the customers responsibility to be available on the day to accept the delivery.

Before you place your order, it is essential that you note your furniture’s dimensions from the product page, check that it will fit into your home, into your chosen room and through all access routes (both internal and external).

Amending my order

After the order is placed, you have a short time to make changes.
You can check your order status in:
My Account > Orders > Select your order >

Once it is packed by the warehouse it will show as ‘Shipped’ and we will not be able to amend your order.
Any unwanted items can be returned up to 14 days after purchase.
