Delivery can take place between 7am and 9pm. You will be given a 3 hour time slot up to 24 hours before.

It is the customers responsibility to be available on the day to accept the delivery.

If you’ve ordered two or more pieces of furniture products, we will aim for one delivery to your address – this is to minimise inconvenience and disruption to you and to help with our environmental commitment.

Our delivery team will deliver furniture to a room of your choice, Some items are delivered flat packed. These flat packed pieces will need to be assembled by you. You can check this before you order under the Item description.

If ordering multiple items they may not be ready at the same time and therefore may not come on the same delivery.
