When your furniture is ready for delivery you will receive a link via text or email to book your delivery day. Delivery can take place between 7am and 9pm. You will be given a 3 hour time slot up to 24 hours before. It is the customers responsibility to be available on the day to accept the delivery.

Our delivery team will deliver furniture to a room of your choice, Some items are delivered flat packed. These flat packed pieces will need to be assembled by you. You can check this before you order under the Item description.

Please Note after 5 working days any Made-To-Order furniture products will NOT be able to be amended, cancelled or refunded.

If ordering multiple items they may not be ready at the same time and therefore may not come on the same delivery.
